The process from order to delivery generally looks as follows
(depending on the complexity of the order).
Packaging design and development.
An inspection report is sent for approval before the goods leave production.
Once the goods are approved and shipped you will receive a notification containing all the relevant details.
Before final delivery at the agreed place you will receive a notification including a delivery note. We will of course coordinate with your cold storage to ensure on time delivery.
Once the order is delivered we will follow up to check if everything went smoothly.
